San Fran company nurtures growth at StarCompliance Magazine
San Francisco private equity firm Luminate Capital Partners has invested in StarCompliance, the enterprise compliance and regulatory software solutions provider.
The investment will help StarCompliance – which has an office in York – to enhance its global growth strategy.
The company’s software platform helps financial services institutions manage, prevent, detect, report and resolve employee conflicts of interest by providing an unmatched 360-degree view of employee activity across the enterprise.
Its platform monitors critical regulated employee activities such as personal trading, gifts and entertainment, political contributions and outside business activities to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate the operational and reputational risk of non-compliance.
CEO Marc Epstein said: “This investment will help us further strengthen our market position and drive continued product innovation to best serve our clients.”
