Simple Mortgage Loan – Liberty Bank Started Issuing New Mortgage Loans
From now on, Liberty Bank clients will be able to take mortgages with simple and privileged terms to buy, sell or construction any kinds of real estate.
Simple mortgage loan will be issued without any extra cost. The loan does not charge for issuance of loan, service and foreclosure payments – the borrower will pay only the percentage with the fixed term of the loan.
Within a simple mortgage loan, Liberty Bank is ready to take into account other purposes than real estate, for example, purchase of furniture, family equipment and car.
Along with a simple mortgage loan, the borrower will be able to receive a credit card with a limit of 5 000 GEL.
